Publisher Phoenixx and developer Aqua Style will release Touhou Project fan game dungeon crawler RPG Touhou Genso Wanderer: FORESIGHT for PlayStation 4 and Switch on September 18 for $37.99, the companies announced. It supports English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.
In Japan, the game will be priced at 4,950 yen. A physical edition will also launch for Switch on November 28 in Japan. It will cost 5,500 yen for the standard edition and 9,900 yen for the limited edition. The latter includes a special box, the original soundtrack and something secret, an art book, an acrylic diorama stand of the key visual, and two costume downloadable contents.
Touhou Genso Wanderer: FORESIGHT first launched for PC via Steam on May 15.
The PlayStation 4 and Switch versions will add the following features:
- Hakurei Shrine Renovation Enhancements – By opening the lake at Hakurei Shrine, a certain someone related to the lake will visit the grounds. Further upgrades may unlock even more features, events, and dungeons.
- New Costume for Reimu – Remiu’s costumes include not only the downloadable content “Winter Costume,” but also the new costume “Elegant Shrine Maiden Attire,” which will be added alongside the console release.
- Popular Bosses’ Special Moves Appear as Spell Cards – Popular boss spell card effects have been significantly enhanced from the PC version. These activation effects boast the best visuals in the series yet. Reimu can now also pick up and use the boss spell cards herself.

Story
In a corridor somewhere…
Reimu Hakurei loses a battle and faints. She comes to and finds herself at Hakurei Shrine.

Having regained consciousness, Reimu sets out together with her friend Marisa Kirisame to solve incidents.
Reimu must now save Gensokyo…
