Arena Stage is seeking qualified candidates to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is a critical member of the Senior Management Team and important ally to Arena’s co-leaders providing operational leadership and oversight in all matters of ongoing financial management, accounting and strategic business development.

As a decisive “big picture” thinker, the CFO will be a collaborative and forward-thinking leader, someone who positively engages with people, always prioritizing a proactive approach to helping to solve problems and understanding how to work with a varied set of institutional needs in the ongoing production and presentation of extraordinary theater experiences.

The CFO will be well-organized, able to manage, prioritize and delegate so that ongoing operations and the overall financial life of the company runs smoothly and successfully.
