Pavise has released its latest UV damage-detecting camera, called the UV Camera. The camera is white and compact in design, with a Lightning plug and camera in the middle. The camera can reveal unseen photodamage and optimize sunscreen applications to improve skin defense against skin aging and skin cancer.
The UV Camera reveals whether consumers have existing sun damage underneath the skin’s surface and detects potential dark spots, sun spots, age spots, hyperpigmentation, and melasma. The camera can also act as a progress tracker to use regularly for skincare enthusiasts. The camera is controlled in the Pavise app and contains features such as having a filter that can remove the damage on the photo to give consumers comfort in their skin. Additionally, the camera is compatible with plugging into the lightning port of several smart devices. The camera is available for $176.
